Review of Shoe Marks By Karen Vance Hammond

The Stones, Jeremy and pregnant Laura, along with their two children,  Meredith and Robert, have found their dream home in the Texas heartland.  When strange things start occurring the family is frightened out of their whits but resolve to get to the bottom of them. The happenings all lead back to the death of Maggie Horton and the shoe marks that she left in her final moments.

Based on actual events it is a tale in which the writer draws us in.  I love how this paranormal story takes us on the journey with the Stone family and Maggie herself.  We live the moments of Maggie’s anger, the Stone family’s fear and the ultimate peace and acceptance they all receive.  I highly recommend this book. It is intensely well written. I give it 5 out of 5 Flowers.
