Yesterday was great. When I was 7, my mother made friends with another single mother named Debbie. For as long as we lived near them, all of the children grew up together with lots of fun and getting into mischief.  Debbie’s oldest daughter and her 5 children (plus 1 extra)   came down from PA to visit.  All the great memories came flooding back.  There was mud fights, sibling rivalries, and all of us “little” ones “puppy piled” in a bed. I really missed them but when you look at the first baby you ever held and realize she’s 17…it’s quite a shock.  We will keep in touch via Facebook but the computer can never replace a hug from family!
